The ethos of the She Said Club is to build a community of strong women, from all walks of life. To learn how to really look after ourselves, self care goes a long way to allow us to enjoy life, our work, our relationships and to be mindful of others.
I want us to be brave enough to share our stories and experiences, the good, the bad and the ugly.
The virtual world portrays a very different light on our lives. Whilst most of us are blessed with precious moments and elude to having the most wonderful life, offline it’s not always as fabulous as it seems.
Mummy guilt, work-life balance, friendships, non-existent relationships, the victories, the failures, the support, the truth, the lies, the reality, the blood, sweat, tears and laughter!
I invite you all to get involved and share your story.

This is amplified when preparing for a big event or life changing decision and we can feel a little lost - Launching a new business, preparing for a killer interview, a change in career path, that big date!
Jean works with clients to identify their 'Brand Image'. Using wardrobe analysis to make your wardrobe work harder for you and utilise the principles of Personal Branding or Brand Identity. This allows Jean to help women redefine their Brand Image so that their confidence shines through whatever the challenge!
